Installer reads only track 1 and stops, reporting:
CHECKSUM ERROR TRACK 2
Retries continue to produce that error, and installer proceeds no further.
These are original disks, and the game loads and plays fine from them.
I'll be happy to furnish images whenever you say, please specify utility to use.

 So the intro disk is failing I guess?

WWarp (from whdload package) should be fine to create images of the disks.
